Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding.
- Prepare and update HR policies, offer letters, and employment contracts.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
- Coordinate training, orientation, and development programs.
- Handle employee grievances and support a positive work culture.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with the accounts team.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR standards.
- Assist management in performance review processes and HR reporting.
