We are seeking an experienced HR to lead our Human Resources department in the UAE. This pivotal role involves overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee leave records and ensure accurate calculation and processing of final settlements in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Handle employee exits professionally, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts effectively and impartially.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development and organizational success.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Ensure all HR policies are up to date and in compliance with labor laws and industry standards. Maintain records for health, safety, and attendance.
- Manage payroll, benefits programs, and incentives to ensure competitive compensation and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department heads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 4+ years of HR experience within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
