Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and address grievances.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations.
- Support performance management and employee development.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
