Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations and address grievances.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations.
  • Support performance management and employee development.
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
