HR Executive

Job Description:
We're looking for a strong individual contributor to join us as HR Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for the IT Industry. The HR will also be responsible for conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and building relationships with the team and candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing relevant candidates to create a pipeline for the assigned position.
• Spending good amount of time screening candidates to ensure a proper fit in terms of the requirement.
• Ensure the candidates receive the aptitude test, assignment, and the interview scheduled within the agreed time frame.
• Guide and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Audit the documents shared by candidates to ensure that it is aligned with the information they provided.
• Do the reference check and verification of the selected candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
