About the Role

The HR Executive is responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and exit procedures. This role requires strong communication, people management, and coordination skills.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR laws (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets
  • Time management and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HRMS tools
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
