Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end hiring process, coordinate with hiring managers and HR consultancies, and serve as the primary contact for HR-related queries. This role is suited for someone with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities looking to advance in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the complete hiring process—sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Talent Acquisition: Source candidates through job portals, social media, and HR consultancies; maintain strong relationships to enhance hiring channels.
  • Job Posting: Publish and promote job openings across platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct telephonic, video, and in-person interviews, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
  • HR Metrics Tracking: Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire) and support improvements in hiring strategies.
  • Manager Collaboration: Partner with department heads to align hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, particularly recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
  • Experience optimizing recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job sites.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
