Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end hiring processes, onboarding formalities, employee documentation, and HR data management. The role requires strong communication skills, policy understanding, and the ability to support day-to-day HR operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end hiring process for all levels, especially bulk and frontline hiring.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely feedback and closure of positions.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
2. Onboarding & Joining Formalities
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and ensure completion of all onboarding forms.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documents.
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Create and update employee files, ID cards, and onboarding reports.
3. HR Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain accurate HR records including employee database, attendance, leave records, and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely updates in HRMS/Excel trackers.
- Handle employee record keeping, documentation, and compliance files.
4. Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Ensure employees follow company policies and HR guidelines.
- Support in implementing new HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in statutory compliance support (PF/ESI/Gratuity coordination if required).
5. Employee Engagement & Support
- Assist in planning employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee queries related to HR processes, leaves, attendance, policies, etc.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
6. Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate exit process including exit interviews and full-and-final documentation.
- Support payroll team with inputs like attendance, leaves, and new joiner details.
- Collaborate with management for HR reports, dashboards, and improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field/ MBA Preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment/ BPO Bulk Hiring (Preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR systems.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
