HR Executive

About Us:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for 0.6-1 years of HR experience or an internship background to kick-start their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
• Maintain employee records and HR database.
• Support onboarding and off boarding processes for employees.
• Assist in HR-related administrative tasks, including preparing documents,Payroll, HR reports, and employee communication.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the HR department and employees.
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Help in handling HR compliance and legal documentation.

Requirements:

• Candidates with 0.6 - 1 years of experience in Human Resources.

· Location: Indore

· Education : Graduate with HR Specialization

· Salary – 12000 to 18000 per month

· Basic knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
