HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive (Fresher to 1.5 years)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office ONLY)

Position Overview: Join our growing tech team to run end-to-end HR operations, IT recruitment coordination, smooth onboarding, HRIS/data accuracy, payroll inputs, employee engagement, and basic compliance. The role suits someone who loves structured processes, quick turnarounds, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced IT setup.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
• Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
• Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
• Coordinate performance cycles, appraisals, training, and feedback logistics.
• Managing employee exit formalities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
