1. Recruitment

a) Understanding manpower requisition from concerned Department

b) Sourcing candidates that match desired skills with the help from Job portals, internal reference,, External reference , Consultants etc.

c) Arranging for technical interview and coordinating with the concerned person

d) Doing background verification of the shortlisted candidates.

2.Induction & On-Boarding Process

a) When a candidate is finalized and selected, giving him/ her offer letter or letter of intent on Joining the services, issuing appointment letter with brief working agreement and working policies.

b) Explaining policies, procedures and culture followed by the company.

c) Sending welcome mails to the new Joinees.

e) Introducing him/her to the team and supervisor and / or manager.

f) Explaining the mode of communication.

g) Getting his /her Biometric & E-mail ID created.

3.Attendance and leave records

a) Keeping a track of the attendance of the employees.

b) Filing the leave forms and keeping a track of the leaves taken.

c) Seeing to it that there is not much absenteeism on any given day.

d) Giving memo for more absenteeism

4. Employee Engagement activity

a) Identifying the training needs of all departments.

b) Preparing training calendar for the year.

c) Ensuring trainings are conducted & maintaining records for the same.

d) Maintaining a culture of employee engagement within organization.

e) Arranging each and every festivals celebration

f) Celebrating every employee birthday as well sending them wishes on mail

g) Arranging MOM meeting for departments.

5. Exit Formalities

a) Preparing full & final settlement formalities

b) Give it person to fill exit formalities form.

d) Need to take handover sheet

e) Give him / her dues salary by cheque

6. Payroll Processing

a) Downloading employees attendance

b) As per their leave & half day calculated their day

c)Making salary slip calculated day’s wise

d)Making bank statement for same

e) Same forwarded to account department

f) Distributed salary slips of every employee

7. .Other Activity: -

a) Making and amending the existing policies and procedures related to HR.

b) Tracking & updating Visiting report.

c) Doing other necessary departmental co-ordination

8. Training Conducting: -

a) As per need making training plan & share to production, quality team.

b) Like wise we have to conduct Training

c) Need to do staff evaluations for same & mark accordingly.
