Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will manage daily HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and handle employee relations to promote a positive and productive work environment. Additional responsibilities will include improving HR processes, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills to oversee and optimize human resource functions
• Experience with Employee Relations and implementation of HR Policies to cultivate a positive work culture
• Strong knowledge in Recruitment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with the HR software is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
