1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with departments.
  • Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and the complete onboarding process.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HRMS data entry.
  • Prepare and update HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Address employee queries and act as a point of contact for HR-related concerns.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee files.
  • Assist in statutory compliance-related work (PF/ESI, etc.), if required.

5. Performance & Training Support

  • Assist in performance review processes.
  • Coordinate internal training sessions and maintain training records.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR or related field).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive, positive attitude with willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
