About the Role
We are a fast growing real estate development company looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee documentation, HR policies, payroll coordination, and day to day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment for sales, marketing, admin, accounts & other roles
- Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews & coordinate with management
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters & onboarding documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll
- Draft & update HR policies and employee handbook
- Handle employee grievances, performance issues & disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishment, PF, ESIC, and labour laws
- Manage exit processes (FNF, relieving letter, handover checklist)
Requirements
- 2–5 years of HR experience
- Strong recruitment experience
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles in a growing company
- Real estate experience preferred (not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,612.10 - ₹63,205.53 per month
