1. Job Purpose

To support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, documentation, and HR compliance while ensuring smooth coordination between employees and the HR department.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing resumes through job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Perform initial screening and follow-up communication.
  • Support onboarding activities:
  • Collect documents
  • Issue offer/appointment letters
  • Conduct induction and orientation
  • Maintain recruitment trackers.

B. Employee Engagement

  • Support execution of engagement activities:
  • Birthday celebrations
  • Work anniversary recognition
  • New joiner introductions
  • Festival or team activities
  • Conduct feedback collection and maintain engagement records.

C. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
  • Assist with attendance and leave tracking.
  • Support payroll input preparation (attendance, leave, overtime, etc.).
  • Coordinate with employees for letters (verification, confirmation, experience).

D. HR Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure documents are collected as per HR policy and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other compliances under supervision.
  • Maintain updated HR MIS reports.

E. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries.
  • Support grievance redressal by coordinating with the HR Manager.
  • Help in communication of HR policies.

F. Training & Development Support

  • Assist in scheduling internal and external training sessions.
  • Maintain training attendance, feedback, and records.

3. Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with HR qualification may apply).
  • Prior internship or experience in HR operations preferred.

4. Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes.
  • Strong organizing and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

5. Working Conditions

  • Office-based role.
  • May require extended hours during peak HR activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
