As an HR Specialist, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations and play a critical role in shaping and maintaining a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with leadership to support talent acquisition, employee relations, policy implementation, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations

· Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures

· Administer employee benefits, attendance systems, and personnel records

· Ensure compliance with employment laws and statutory regulations

· Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives

· Foster a professional, supportive, and growth-oriented workplace environment

· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related domain

· Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and policy management

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

· Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
