- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle payroll processing and salary administration.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Conduct training and development programs.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Draft and update HR policies, offer letters, and other official documents.
- Oversee exit formalities and full & final settlements.
- Coordinate with management on strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
