  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle payroll processing and salary administration.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Conduct training and development programs.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
  • Draft and update HR policies, offer letters, and other official documents.
  • Oversee exit formalities and full & final settlements.
  • Coordinate with management on strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
