Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Staffing
● Managing the hiring process.
● Creating job descriptions.
● Hiring IT and Non IT Recruitments
● Have used Portals
● Interviewing candidates.
2. Employee Onboarding and Training
● Overseeing the orientation process for new hires.
● Organizing training programs.
● Developing employee skills.
● Ensuring compliance with company policies.
3. Employee Relations
● Addressing and resolving employee concerns.
● Mediating conflicts.
● Fostering a positive work environment.
● Effective communication and problem-solving.
4. Performance Management
● Implementing performance evaluation systems.
● Setting goals.
● Providing feedback.
● Managing employee performance issues.
5. Compensation and Benefits
● Designing and administering compensation structures.
● Managing benefits programs.
● Ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices.
6. Compliance and Legal Issues
● Ensuring organizational compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
● Handling legal issues related to employment.
7. Policy Development and Implementation
● Creating, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures related to HR practices.
8. Workplace Safety and Health
● Implementing safety programs.
● Ensuring a safe work environment.
● Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
9. Employee Engagement and Well-being
● Promoting employee satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience in HR functions like recruitment degree in a related field, experience in HR functions like recruitment .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
