About the Role

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, payroll, performance tracking, and sales lead coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work closely with both HR and sales teams. Experience with CRM tools and SaaS platforms is essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Operations

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: requirement analysis, job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Oversee onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave tracking, and compliance.
  • Execute accurate monthly payroll processing.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track employee KPIs and assist in performance evaluation cycles.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and support review meetings.

Sales Lead Management (Priority Function)

  • Monitor daily leads from IndiaMART, existing clients, and new customer inquiries.
  • Track sales team calling activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain lead status and workflows in CRM tools.
  • Ensure effective communication between sales, operations, and management.

CRM & SaaS Handling

  • Manage CRM platforms, especially SolidPerformers, for lead tracking and data management.
  • Generate reports, maintain data accuracy, and support team members in CRM usage.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of HR and sales workflows through SaaS tools.

HR Policy Implementation

  • Ensure employees follow company policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Update and communicate HR policies when needed.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and statutory documents.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI/PF updates, and related HR regulations (if applicable).

Exit Management

  • Handle resignations, exit interviews, full & final settlement coordination, and clearance processes.
  • Maintain proper offboarding and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, recruitment, and performance tracking.
  • Experience handling IndiaMART leads and sales coordination preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (SolidPerformers CRM preferred) and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
