Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive (Male, Age 28+) to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll support, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and hands-on experience in HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases with accuracy.
  • Prepare and process HR letters, memos, circulars, and internal communication.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and coordination with payroll teams.
  • Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs (OT, leave, deductions, WPS, etc.).
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, medicals, and EID updates.
  • Support employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes and training coordination.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and recruitment status updates.

Requirements:

  • Male candidate, 28+ years old.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Assistant in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRMS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Presentable and professional personality.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
