Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive (Male, Age 28+) to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll support, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and hands-on experience in HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases with accuracy.
- Prepare and process HR letters, memos, circulars, and internal communication.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and coordination with payroll teams.
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs (OT, leave, deductions, WPS, etc.).
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, medicals, and EID updates.
- Support employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal HR policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth HR operations.
- Assist in performance evaluation processes and training coordination.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and recruitment status updates.
Requirements:
- Male candidate, 28+ years old.
- 2–5 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Assistant in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRMS systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Presentable and professional personality.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
