Position: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with departments to understand manpower requirements.
- Prepare job postings and publish on relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical interviews.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Collect and verify monthly attendance, leaves, and overtime.
- Prepare payroll inputs for salary processing.
- Assist in preparing salary sheets, deductions, and adjustments.
- Generate pay slips and handle payroll-related employee queries.
- Maintain attendance and leave records on Excel
- Register new employees for EOBI & PESSI.
- Prepare and submit monthly contribution statements.
- Maintain compliance records, employee listings, and supporting documents.
- Handle PESSI card issuance, medical slips, and claims.
- Maintain employee personal files (soft + hard copies).
- Prepare HR letters (offer, warning, confirmation, experience, etc.).
- Update documentation, HR spreadsheets, and HRMS records.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper file management for audits.
- Update HR trackers (payroll, leaves, recruitment, EOBI/PESSI).
- Prepare monthly HR MIS and summary reports.
- Use advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters).
- Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Support staff with HR queries and policy information.
- Assist in HR events, trainings, and administrative tasks.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll & attendance management
- Understanding of EOBI & PESSI processes
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Good communication & documentation abilities
- Detail-oriented and confidential handling of information
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration
- 1–3 years relevant HR experience
