We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR and Process Executive to join our photography company. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, managing HR processes, and fostering a positive work environment for our team.

Responsibilities:

Human Resources:Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Facilitate new employee orientation and training programs.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

Process Management:Analyze and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with different departments to document and update standard operating procedures.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
Monitor process adherence and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Assist in implementing new processes or technologies to optimize workflow.

Employee Engagement and Culture:Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
Contribute to creating a positive work culture that aligns with the company's values.
Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.
Promote open communication channels within the organization.

Compliance and Legal:Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Assist in maintaining accurate records related to attendance, leave, and payroll.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to handle legal and compliance matters as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
