Job Purpose

The HR Associate supports day-to-day HR operations across all campuses by ensuring efficient documentation, employee record management and managing response to employee queries. The role involves maintaining accurate employee data, assisting with HR processes such as induction and onboarding, contracts, correspondence, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

· Employee Data & Records Management:
Maintain and update databases and organize physical/digital staff files.

· Onboarding & Documentation:
Manage ESS activation, issue contracts, onboarding communication, and HR letters.

· Coordination & Administrative Support:
Coordinate with HR for IDs, email accounts, visiting cards, and official directives.

· Employee Support & Policy Guidance:
Respond to employee queries and support implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a well-reputed university.
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience (preferably in HR operations or administration).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in documentation, coordination, and basic HR systems/tools.
