We are looking for an energetic and skilled HR Executive to support our team and help strengthen our workforce.

Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and contributing to HR strategies for the café. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and passionate about employee welfare and professional development.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Source, screen, and recruit café staff including baristas, chefs, servers, and support staff.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions.
  • Manage job postings across platforms and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Handle the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation, and digital records.

3. Attendance & HR Operations

  • Monitor and maintain staff attendance, leaves, and shift schedules.
  • Ensure accuracy in daily and monthly attendance reports.
  • Support payroll by sharing accurate attendance and documentation data.

4. Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support staff welfare initiatives and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and promote healthy communication within the team.

5. Strategic HR Involvement

  • Participate in HR planning and strategy-building with management.
  • Contribute ideas for improving retention, training, and overall employee experience.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, performance evaluations, and engagement activities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role, preferably in hospitality or retail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and employee welfare practices.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive, approachable, and team-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
