Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, payroll, and compliance. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and handle candidate databases.
- Conduct background verification checks.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Conduct induction programs and training sessions for new employees.
- Handle exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and process final settlements.
3. Payroll & Compensation
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations and deductions.
- Handle leave and attendance management.
- Manage employee benefits, reimbursements, and incentives.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
5. HR Compliance & Policies
- Maintain and update HR policies as per labor laws and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations like PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
- Handle documentation, contract renewals, and disciplinary actions.
6. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Monitor key HR metrics and provide reports to management.
- Support training and development initiatives for employees.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
