We are looking for an HR Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department within a project management consultancy environment. The role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PRO and government authorities.
- Track attendance, leave, and timesheets for both office and site staff.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain performance documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably from construction background.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- CIPD or similar HR certification is an advantage.
