1. Job Purpose

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, maintaining documentation, and assisting in implementing HR policies to support hospital operations efficiently.

2. Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management or related field.
• MBA in HR preferred.

1–2 years of experience in HR (healthcare experience is an advantage).
