We Are Hiring – HR Executive (Call Centre Industry)

Location: [ Office #2, Second Floor Ahmed Plaza Rawalpindi]

Job Type: Half Time| On-site

Timings : 7pm to 11:30 Pm

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing call centre team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment of call centre agents (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Maintain attendance, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work culture.
• Support payroll, shift scheduling, and compliance.
• Organize training, workshops, and engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in BPO/Call Centre HR will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
