Job Title: HR Manager

Salary: Rs. 100,000–120,000 per month
Location: Pakistan (with operations in KSA, UAE, and Qatar)

Professional Qualifications

  • MBA, M.Sc, or internationally recognized HR certifications
  • Qualification must be from an HEC-recognized institution
  • Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in a semi-managerial HR role
  • GCC experience is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments
  • Facilitate the hiring and onboarding process
  • Conduct orientation programs for new employees

2. Employee Relations

  • Manage day-to-day employee issues and workplace conflicts
  • Support effective communication between staff and management
  • Implement initiatives that promote a positive work environment

3. Performance Management

  • Develop and execute performance evaluation processes
  • Coordinate annual and periodic performance reviews
  • Work with managers to set KPIs and track employee progress

4. Training & Development

  • Assess training needs and arrange internal or external training sessions
  • Coordinate workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in designing competitive compensation structures
  • Administer benefits programs (insurance, retirement plans, etc.)
  • Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive salary benchmarks

6. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Stay updated on legislation changes and advise management

7. HR Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain employee records through HRIS
  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights to leadership
  • Monitor trends in turnover, engagement, and performance

8. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Organize engagement activities and surveys
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Develop strategies to improve employee motivation and retention

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
