Job Summary
Grand City is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, attendance, employee support, and record management. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Selection
- Handle the complete hiring process for various departments (job posting, screening, scheduling).
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and maintain an updated candidate pipeline.
- Actively use job platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Rozee for sourcing.
2. HR Operations & Employee Support
- Maintain accurate employee files, records, and HR documentation.
- Assist employees with HR-related queries and provide timely support.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures.
3. Attendance & Compliance
- Manage attendance records and coordinate updates with Admin/Operations.
- Follow up on attendance issues, leave requests, and employee compliance matters.
4. HR Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare HR reports, employee trackers, and monthly summaries.
- Update and maintain the employee database and HR MIS.
- Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and official notices.
5. Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with different departments to support their HR needs.
- Assist the HR Head with daily operations, events, and administrative tasks.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA in HR preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/portals.
- Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
