Position: Human Resources Executive

About the Role:

We are hiring a skilled HR Executive to lead and develop HR strategies that support the organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.

· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

· Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.

· Lead workforce planning and talent development initiatives.

· Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.

· Manage HR documentation, payroll coordination, and HR reporting.

· Conduct performance appraisals and training programs.

· Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

· 3–4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

· Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.

· Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
