Job Summary:
The HR Executive provides structured administrative support to the Human Resources function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of HR processes. The role focuses on maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, coordinating HR documentation, and assisting in the smooth implementation of HR policies and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee master data, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Support recruitment logistics, interview coordination, and offer documentation.
- Manage onboarding and exit formalities, including checklists and records.
- Administer attendance, leave records, and support payroll inputs.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, and experience letters.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
- Support audits by maintaining accurate and organized HR records.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
- Good communication, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple HR tasks.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance is an advantage.
