HR Executive

About the Role – HR Recruiter (JD)

• Sourcing & Attraction: Job postings, networking, social media hiring, and building a strong talent pipeline.
• Screening & Selection: Shortlisting resumes, conducting initial interviews, and evaluating candidates based on skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and recommend suitable candidates.
• Offer & Onboarding: Salary negotiation, background verification, releasing offers, and supporting the onboarding process.
• Administration: Managing ATS records and preparing recruitment-related reports.
• Strategy: Designing and implementing hiring strategies to attract top talent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
