HR Executive

About Us:
NEW W MART SUPERMARKET LLC is a fast-growing retail company committed to building a diverse and innovative workforce. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team and support our human resources department in its daily operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, have strong communication skills, and be well-versed in HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management, handling any HR-related queries or concerns.
• HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, manage attendance, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Training & Development: Assist with identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs.
• Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, assist in goal setting, and provide coaching to employees and managers.
• Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
• HR Reporting: Prepare HR-related reports and analytics to track key metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment success, and engagement levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of UAE experience in HR or related roles.
• Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment techniques, and labor laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software payroll systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with employee engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with employee wellness programs.
• Exposure to global HR practices and remote team management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
