Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
• - Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations & Engagement:

- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to ensure a positive work environment.- Organize team-building activities and programs to boost morale and collaboration.

• Performance Management:

- Implement and manage performance review processes.- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development.- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with legal and industry standards.- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.- Design and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.- Promote continuous learning and professional development across the organization.- Manage payroll processes and employee benefits administration.- Regularly review and update compensation structures to remain competitive in the market.- Track key HR metrics to measure the success of HR initiatives.- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
