Essential Duties:
o Supervise activities of housekeeping and maintenance staff
o Assist Manager in maintaining statutory compliances, labor laws, tools to handle grievances
o Prepare records for attendance, compensation, performance management systems, and incentive
o Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job descriptions, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
o Arrange for induction program and ensure smooth conduct of trainings by coordinating.
o Conducting of Recruitment procedure and sessions
o Random checks to ensure proper working of security and cleaning staff
o Random checks at various stations to check discipline and presence of staff at the station/department
o Send training reports to MSIL trainings
o Data entry and update records concerning employee-related information such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism etc.
o Issue employee I-cards, uniform and collect employee related relevant documents
o Assist Manager in preparing reports as per MSIL requirements in HRIS
o Prepare HR policy related notices, memo and circulars as per advise of the Department head/management.
o Prepare PF/ESIC related documents and coordinate with the concerned govt. offices
o Adhere to confidentiality clause as per the policy.
o Compulsory visiting to the locations/branches.
o Any other work as assigned by the superiors or management
Education requirements
- MBA HR
-Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
