Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our organisation. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to ensure accurate employee data management.
- Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
- Provide guidance on human resources policies, procedures, and best practices across the organisation.
- Support management in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Supervise HR team members and coordinate HR activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends, optimise workforce planning, and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives and organisational updates to management and staff.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies through regular audits and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
- Demonstrable supervisory or management experience within an HR environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools relevant to human resources metrics.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of ATS platforms and experience in recruitment processes.
