Job Purpose:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the HR department in recruitment, employee administration, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, HR databases, and attendance records.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure timely updates of employee compensation.
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, track evaluations, and coordinate feedback sessions.
- Training & Development: Coordinate employee training, workshops, and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, grievances, and assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
- HR Projects & Initiatives: Assist in HR projects like employee engagement, wellness programs, and organizational development.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality of HR records and act professionally in all dealings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or related functions.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
