Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and agencies- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents- Conduct induction and orientation for new employees
2. Attendance, Payroll & Documentation- Maintain daily attendance, leave records & absentee reports- Share monthly payroll inputs with Accounts- Maintain employee files, contracts, and compliance documents
3. HR Operations- Develop and update HR policies and SOPs- Manage exit formalities (resignation, F&F;, clearance)- Ensure employee discipline and adherence to company norms- Prepare HR MIS reports (attendance, hiring, attrition, etc.)
4. Employee Relations- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries or grievances- Conduct periodic check-ins with staff to maintain motivation and performance- Plan engagement activities to strengthen workplace culture
5. Performance & Compliance- Support appraisal cycles and performance tracking- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies- Track probation periods and contract renewal

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
