HR Executive – Job Opening

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle day-to-day HR activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, screening, and onboarding of employees
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll processing and leave management
• Coordinate training, employee engagement, and HR activities
• Handle employee queries and provide timely support
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
• Statutory calculations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

• HR: 3 years (Preferred)
