  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain employee records on the HR ERP system (attendance, leave, payroll inputs, contracts, personal data)
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including CV screening, interviews, onboarding, and documentation
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, renewals, and HR correspondence
  • Handle employee relations matters and day-to-day HR inquiries
  • Monitor attendance, leave balances, and disciplinary records through ERP
  • Assist in payroll coordination and ensure accuracy of HR data
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
  • Support HR audits, reports, and management dashboards
  • Coordinate with government portals and third-party providers when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–6 years of HR experience
  • Strong experience using HR ERP systems
