- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee records on the HR ERP system (attendance, leave, payroll inputs, contracts, personal data)
- Coordinate recruitment activities including CV screening, interviews, onboarding, and documentation
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, renewals, and HR correspondence
- Handle employee relations matters and day-to-day HR inquiries
- Monitor attendance, leave balances, and disciplinary records through ERP
- Assist in payroll coordination and ensure accuracy of HR data
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
- Support HR audits, reports, and management dashboards
- Coordinate with government portals and third-party providers when required
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–6 years of HR experience
- Strong experience using HR ERP systems
