- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and experience letters
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
- Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
- Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts department
- Assist in statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, and labor laws
- Address employee queries and support employee relations
- Support performance appraisal and HR initiatives
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations
