  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and experience letters
  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts department
  • Assist in statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, and labor laws
  • Address employee queries and support employee relations
  • Support performance appraisal and HR initiatives
  • Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Management, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
