As an HR Consultant focused on recruitment, you will manage full-cycle hiring processes, build strategic sourcing pipelines, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects our values. This is a hands-on, hybrid role ideal for someone with strong recruitment skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer rollouts
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple platforms
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for diverse roles
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and present top matches
- Ensure an engaging and professional candidate experience
- Maintain and manage data in ATS systems and internal tracking tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring needs and role requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal
- Strong sourcing experience via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
