Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR functions, well English Spoken, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
· Maintain employee attendance records, leave management and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
· Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing new hire paperwork.
· Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
· Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing administrative support.
· Help administer employee benefits programs.
· Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Knowledge of HRIS software is a plus.
