1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Coordinate recruitment for office staff, site supervisors, technicians, helpers, and contract manpower
- Prepare and post job descriptions, screen resumes, schedule interviews
- Coordinate onboarding, offer letters, and joining formalities
- Maintain employee master data and manpower deployment records
2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
- Monitor and verify daily attendance, OT, week-off, and shift data
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, OT, incentives, deductions
- Ensure timely sharing of payroll data with Accounts Department.
- Maintain leave records, comp-off, and holiday calendars
3. Statutory & Compliance Support
- Support compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, TDS on salary, labour laws
- Maintain statutory registers and employee compliance records
- Coordinate with consultants for monthly and annual statutory filings
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
4. HR Documentation & Records
- Draft and maintain HR documents
- Offer letters, appointment letters
- Confirmation, increment, and transfer letters
- Resignation, acceptance, and full & final settlement records
- Maintain files (physical and digital) of employees
- Ensure proper filing and data confidentiality
5. Employee Relations & Discipline
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and grievances
- Support disciplinary processes and issue show-cause / warning letters under guidance
- Maintain cordial employee relations across office and site staff
- Support conflict resolution and escalation management
6. Performance & HR Processes
- Support performance appraisal cycles.
- Assist in training needs identification and coordination
- Maintain HR MIS reports (headcount, absenteeism, OT analysis)
Required Skills & CompetenciesFunctional Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour law basics
- Practical exposure to attendance, payroll, and compliance processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Drafting of formal HR letters and notices

- Good follow-up, coordination, and documentation discipline
- Ability to handle blue-collar and white-collar workforce
Educational Qualification
- Post Graduate Degree: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Mandatory)
- Graduation in any discipline
Experience
- 1–4 years experience in HR operations / HR generalist role
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, EPC, retail rollout, or project-based organizations preferred
Preferred Exposure (Added Advantage)
- Experience handling site manpower / contract labour
