Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment tracking to exit formalities and final settlements.
- Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate salary processing, tax declarations, and business reimbursements with the corporate team.
- Compliance & Grievance: Oversee statutory compliances, grievance redressal, and POSH committee proceedings while acting as a whistle-blower for the system.
- Attendance & Leave: Maintain the Biometric/Leave Management System (LMS) and monitor center-wide discipline and punctuality.
- Training & Development: Conduct local training sessions and coordinate with HQ for inter-regional skill development programs.
- Reporting: Maintain employee databases and provide MIS reports on attrition and center statistics to Regional HR and Center Heads.
- Education: BCom, MBA & BBM
- Languages : Kannada and Telugu
- Freshers and Experience: 1-2 Years are ok
- Location: Rajajinagar and Kalyan Nagar
- Salaries based on Interview performance
