Job Title: HR Executive & Admin
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Maintaining employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Managing attendance, leave records, and shift tracking
- Payroll coordination and support (salary data, incentives, deductions)
- Drafting HR communications, offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters
- Handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Supporting performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Managing exit formalities including full & final settlement support
Admin Responsibilities:
- Office administration and coordination with vendors (stationery, housekeeping, pantry, etc.)
- Managing office assets, inventory, and access cards
- Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics if required
- Supporting day-to-day office operations and discipline management
- Liaison with building management, security, and service providers
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of HR processes and basic labor laws
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of payroll and attendance systems
- Professional attitude with a people-centric approach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
