Job Title: HR Executive & Admin

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintaining employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  • Managing attendance, leave records, and shift tracking
  • Payroll coordination and support (salary data, incentives, deductions)
  • Drafting HR communications, offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters
  • Handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting performance management and appraisal processes
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Managing exit formalities including full & final settlement support

Admin Responsibilities:

  • Office administration and coordination with vendors (stationery, housekeeping, pantry, etc.)
  • Managing office assets, inventory, and access cards
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics if required
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations and discipline management
  • Liaison with building management, security, and service providers

Skills Required

  • Good knowledge of HR processes and basic labor laws
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of payroll and attendance systems
  • Professional attitude with a people-centric approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
