The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and walk-ins
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and recruitment MIS

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding process
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation
  • Maintain employee records (physical & digital files)

HR Operations

  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases
  • Assist in payroll inputs and coordination with accounts team
  • Support HR audits and compliance documentation

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
  • Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
