Responsibilities:

· Managed end-to-end Employee Lifecycle activities

· Handled salary processing, payroll validation, and invoice calculations

· Possessed working knowledge of basic statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, LWF, etc.)

· Processed and verified employee reimbursement claims

· Coordinated quarterly employee performance reviews with client management and internal leadership

· worked on annual compensation planning, including calculations and approval coordination with client management

Requirements and skills:

· Experience in customer support is a plus

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Proficiency in English

· Communication skills

· Time management and planning skills

· B.Com/BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.67 - ₹30,000.05 per month
