Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR department & guide junior HR team.
- Create HR strategies, policies & SOPs.
- Handle complete recruitment cycle for all departments.
- Oversee onboarding, training & employee development.
- Ensure compliance, updated HR records & legal documentation.
- Manage payroll review, performance appraisals & retention plans.
- Handle conflict resolution & disciplinary actions.
- Drive employee engagement and workplace culture.
