Title : HR Executive – Generalist Role

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Thousand Lights. This is a generalist role that requires hands-on experience across core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle employee lifecycle activities including joining formalities, induction, and exit processes.
• Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and payroll inputs.
• Support in drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
• Prepare HR-related reports and MIS for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Undergraduate degree (specialization not mandatory).
• 2–3 years of experience in HR generalist functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in handling HR activities in SMEs or mid-sized organizations.
• Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
